2 mile time trial
Today's track workout were our two-mile time trials. Basically so that coach can see if he needs to adjust our training paces and if we have significantly increased our speed.
I am not one of the faster runners and my time was 2 miles in 17:53, about 30 seconds faster than my 1 mile pace.
I felt pretty good after the run, it is definitely getting easier. Next month we have a three-mile time trial and I will be ready for it and maybe I can knock off another 30 seconds.
